Supported by our trained professionals, our design methodology ensures that the experience of designing and finishing your home is pleasurable, informative, and stress free. During this part of the process, you are assigned a professional designer and architect to shape the basic interior and exterior of your home. You also receive a one-on-one session with a green consultant, who will review EnergyStar® and the myriad of green technologies available so that you may make your home as environmentally sensitive and responsive as you desire.
Further consultations with your interior designer assist you in making educated decisions about the myriad of products and finishes being used in your home. Your designer accompanies you to supplier showrooms and works with you at the décor centre to assist with the selection of finishes, fixtures, flooring and the myriad of design decisions incumbent on you as a new homeowner. A professional landscape architect is also available to create an individual plan for your lot, and to review changes as your home progresses. |
