Your HUSH home is HUSH Certified™ when it is delivered to you. We have developed a program of standards that each of our homes must meet. With this comes a selection of warranties and extended service plans for your home.

HUSH Certification is maintained on your home for the first year by way of a 30-point inspection, six months and then 12 months after construction is completed. This certification is available to you as long as you live in your HUSH home and ensures your property maintains the highest level of quality. Choosing to continue certification after the first year not only ensures that your home maintains its best-in-class quality status, but that it also appreciates in value. Another benefit of annual inspections is that you remain in contact with the builder of your home. As years go by all of your inspection reports and certifications are kept online with your HUSH Virtual Concierge™, a website dedicated to your home and your needs.
