The Templar Hotel re-defines the design/boutique hotel and sets a new benchmark in the hospitality industry. The hotel was created and designed to be a truly distinctive, visually minimal, subconsciously eclectic, and surprisingly spacious luxury hotel. Located in the heart of Toronto, in the city’s business, fashion and entertainment districts, the hotel is a refined and luxurious environment that will create a home-away-from-home living experience – with standards based on hallmarks of elegance, sophistication and grace. The Templar Hotel’s 27 suites range from 300 sq. ft. to 1,100 sq. ft. and it is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2010.

Citizen House
Citizen House is a live/work, flexible-use dwelling located in downtown Toronto and will be the prototype for future environmentally-conscious, design-oriented urban housing developments.
It will be a modern construction of concrete, wood, and glass. In keeping with its status as a ‘green’ development for the new urban citizen, Citizen House will include a Smart Car in its glasses-in garage. A revolutionary initiative is the inclusion of a reciprocal energy system, one of the first to be implemented into a residential application in Canada.
