Citizen House

Citizen House will be a live/work, flexible-use dwelling located in downtown Toronto. Environmentally-conscious and design-oriented, it will serve as the prototype for future urban housing developments.

It will be a modern construction of concrete, wood, and glass. In keeping with its status as a ‘green’ development for the new urban citizen, Citizen House will include a Smart Car in its glassed-in garage. A revolutionary initiative, Citizen House will include a reciprocal energy system. This system will be one of the first in Canada to be implemented into a residential application.

Citizen House will be 2,197 sq. ft., and 3 storeys.
